Are you trying to figure out which database you should search for a particular journal? Here are some suggestions of how to begin your search.
Journal Info - this service gives information for journals indexed in 30 different databases. Maintained by Lund University Libraries in Sweden.
First Search Databases - lists journals indexed by databases released by the FirstSearch company. Trinity does not subscribe to every FirstSearch database. See the databases page for a list of databases Trinity subcribes to.
WorldCat - sometimes has information on which database a journal is indexed in. Search for the journal title.
TrinCat - lists journals Trinity has access to in full-text.
Inside the Journal:
- Many journals will include a list of indexes where you can find the journal cited.
- This information can be found in the front of the journal in the Mast Head. The Mast Head may be located inside the front cover or on the first few pages of the journal. This is where all publication information such as the address of the publisher, subscription information, rules for submission of articles are located.
- Indexing information may not be found in every journal.
